He prides himself for having served royality, celebrities and contributing his repertoire of desserts and pastries at Michelin star restaurants including Manchester Grand Hyatt, Park Hyatt Dubai, Four Seasons Hotels in Istanbul and Tokyo. He and his team brings innovative craftsmanship throughout the hotel.
As the Pastry Chef of JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok, Chef Chotiphat (Gee) Laisuwan brings with him almost a decade of experience in the pastry industry. Gee started here as the humble pastry cook and quickly climbed up the ladder to become the pastry chef in the same restaurant within 2 years. After his 4-year time at Azie On Main, he moved on with the same group to Azie Media, where he watched over the pastry kitchen cum chef de cuisine
Since his homecoming in 2015, Chef Gee has been an important part of JW Marriott Bangkok’s culinary team. With his uncompromised passion for details and creativity, chef Gee experience shines through in his craftsmanship – extraordinary, exquisitely presented artisanal desserts that stimulate the visual and taste senses.
