Chef Teng joined our kitchen since July 2015. A Chinese Malaysian, he brings with us thorough knowledge of Chinese cuisines from all regions of China and presents his menu with a modern twist. He believes cooking with only top quality fresh ingredients and skilled chefs in his kitchen are keys to making his Chinese dishes memorable. He has a wealth of experience as Executive Chef in both international chains in China and managing multiple Chinese kitchens at independent high end restaurants. His proud moments included serving the former President of Taiwan, Mr. Chen Shui Bien, current President of China, Mr. Xi Jinping and VVIPs including the King of Cambodia.
