With nearly 30 years of culinary experience in five-star hotels and resorts, Chef Li joined the hotel’s culinary team, bringing his global experience working in fine dining restaurants and hotels in China, Cyprus, Maldives, India, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom. Chef Li is a master in all aspects of Chinese cuisine. His contemporary presentation of classic Chinese dishes combines delicious tastes with art to create exceptional masterpieces.

Before joining JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok, Chef Li was the first Chinese Executive Chef in Saudi Arabia’s Royal Kitchen, serving the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia. Chef Li was also the head of culinary team at the 2008 Summer Olympics held in Beijing, China, serving Jacques Rogge, the eighth president of the International Olympic Committee, and members of the British and Saudi Arabia’s Royal Families.

Destined to become Bangkok’s premier Chinese restaurant for lunch and dinner, Man Ho celebrates time-honoured Chinese cuisine with a modern attitude and traditional ambiance. Our new Executive Chinese Chef Peter Li is at the helm of the restaurant and brings his unwavering commitment to quality and expertise to Man Ho, while also infusing artful presentations to lift up the restaurant’s traditional Chinese décor and atmosphere. Paying homage to the past, Man Ho is a remix of traditional ingredients and aged-old recipes, impeccably prepared and presented in a re-imagined contemporary setting.

As with its namesake, Man Ho meaning “treasure” in Chinese. Blending sophisticated, traditional Chinese interior design with a timeless elegance, Man Ho offers an alluring ambiance to gather with family and friends over lunch or dinner. Man Ho’s design is anchored by the richness of pewter and akin to spaces of the traditional Chinese art world to inspire, perpetuate and cultivate thoughtful exchanges while dining.
